• Jason Carnett, 29, 123 W. Millard St., Johnson city, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Daniel Reed, 27, 104 Heather Lane, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Christian Carrier on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Wayne Smith, 50, 216 Garland Branch Road, Watauga, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Jason Mosier on warrants charging him with failure to appear and violation of probation and an Attachment out of Juvenile Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Melinda Beam, 41, 106 VIP Road, Johnson City, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy Johnathan Simerly and charged with third offense driving under the influence and first offense driving on a revoked license.
• Jamie Depew, 30, 1331 Bush River Road, Columbia, S.C., was arrested Friday by CCSO Sgt. Brian Durham and charged with public intoxication, assault and two counts of vandalism.

• Brandon Thompson, 19, 197 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morrell and charged with theft of property over $1,000 and vandalism.

• Andrew Lower, 33, 328 Carter Blvd., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson on a warrant charging him with domestic assault and domestic vandalism.
• Keith Smith, 55, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck and charged with driving under the influence and possession of Schedule IV drugs.
