• Slater Wilson, 21, no address available, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Office Deputy David Munsey and charged with aggravated assault and aggravated burglary.
• Megan Oliver, 23, 104 Taylor Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a court order charging her with contempt of court.
• Heather Williams, 34, 208 McKinley Church Road, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Brian Loffmin on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
•Randy Pritchard Jr., 21, 195 Dry Branch Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Christopher Davis on a warrant charging him with theft of property and burglary.
• Brandy Hyder, 35, 433 Dry Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Eric Norman on a warrant charging her with filing a false report and two counts of criminal responsibility for the conduct of another.
• Candice France, 36, 1002 S. Second St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Jason Blankenship on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Jerry Holder, 54, 344 H. Heaton Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson and charged with aggravated burglary.
• Brian Heatherly, 19, 716 S. Lynn Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with failure to appear in court.
• Terry Teaster, 24, 2740 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Nicole Baumgardner, 24, 2736 Siam Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSO Lt. Derrick Hamm and charged with filing a false report.
• Nancy Cook, 61, 428 Riverside Drive, Luray, Va., was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Travis Hill, 36, 270 Whitehead Hollow Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Friday by CCSO Deputy Roger Brown on a Juvenile Court Attachment for failure to appear.
• April Steward, 41, 480 Taylor Bridge Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Saturday by CCSO Deputy John Curley on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Riketta Metcalf, 27, 441 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes and charged with violation of an order of protection.
• Terry Trivett, 32, 803 John Exum Parkway, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Robert Hughes on warrants charging him with failure to appear and violation of probation.
• Jessica Norris, 41, 825 Cambridge Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Tylor Johnson on warrants charging her with violation of probation and failure to appear.
• Jeremy Mays, 31, 157 Pine Orchard Road, Butler, was arrested Sunday by CCSO Deputy Paul Morrell on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Benjamin Clawson, 37, 275 Cove Creek Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSO Deputy Kevin Kemp on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Bobby Wilson, 48, 162, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by officers of the Elizabethton Police Department on warrants charging him with maintaining a dwelling where drugs are manufactured or sold, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, two counts of possession of Schedule II drugs, possession of Schedule III drugs, three counts of possession of a legend drug without a prescription, possession of Schedule IV drugs, possession of Schedule VI drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia and the sale of Schedule II drugs. Officers of the CCSO also served Wilson with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Dallas James Hartley Jr., 53, 116 Hidden Oaks Drive, Johnson City, was arrested Wednesday by officers of the EPD and charged with the sale of Schedule II drugs and violation of the Drug Free School Zone law.
• Jason Salyer, 23, no address available, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with vandalism, domestic assault and violation of an order of protection. Officers also served Salyer with a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Heather Smith, 33, no address available, was arrested Sunday by EPD Officer David Johnson and charged with domestic assault.
• Aaron Winters, 27, 1214 Ledford St., Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by officers of the EPD and charged with driving on a suspended license.
• Becky Blackburn, 25, 113 O’Brien Place, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Gregory Carrier, 26, 31 Knob Creek Boat Dock Road, Johnson City, was arrested Sunday by EPD Cpl. Matthew Taylor and charged with possession of Schedule II drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
• Phillip Bradley, 19, 912 Pine Ridge Circle, Apt. C, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier and charged with domestic assault and vandalism.
• John Guinn, 40, 137 Dan Bowers Road, Elizabethton, was arrested on Friday by EPD Cpl. Sarah Ellison and charged with public intoxication. Guinn was arrested again, this time on Monday by EPD Capt. Anthony Buck, and charged with public intoxication.
• Randy Elmore, 42, 162 Brown Road, Mountain City, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
• Matthew Hutchinson, 29, 233 Pedro Shoun Road, Mountain City, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
• Frank Lau, 84, 103 Franklin Place Drive, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Tuesday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with driving on a suspended license.
• Scott Storie, 52, 144 Water Plant Road, Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with violation of financial responsibility, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving on roadways laned for traffic.
• Justin Miller, 22, 351 Quarry St., Bristol, Va., was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Officer David Johnson charging him with shoplifting.
• Dustin Turbyfill, 22, 614 W. H St., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Sunday by EPD Cpl. Kirk Carrier charging him with theft of property under $500.
