• Randy Pritchard Jr, 21, 433 Dry Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Tennessee Constable Mark Carrier on a warrant charging him with aggravated burglary and theft of property.
• Joseph Wilson, 23, 137 Jewel St., Apt. 1, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by officers of the Carter County Sheriff’s Office and charged with domestic assault and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• John Blackburn, 62, 113 O’Brien Place, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Elizabethton Police Department Sgt. Patrick White and charged with domestic assault.
• Kenneth Ritchie, 40, 130 Cedar Grove Road, Johnson City, was arrested by officers of the EPD and charged with fifth offense driving on a revoked license, violation of financial responsibility, tampering with evidence, possession of a legend drug without a prescription, simple possession of Schedule IV drugs, and simple possession of Schedule VI drugs.
• Becky Blackburn, 25, 113 O’Brien Place, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Sgt. Patrick White and charged with domestic assault.
