• Jeremy Winchester, 37, 926 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant for child support.
• Selena Fenner, 38, 1313 Garden Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her with failure to appear.
• Angela Settle, 53, 129 Bernie Lewis Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSO Deputy Justin Covington on a warrant charging her with driving under the influence, two counts of vehicular assault, failure to exercise due care and failure to maintain lane of travel.
• Tony Silvers, 22, 135 Barnes Road, Jonesborough, was arrested Wednesday by CCSO Deputy Joe Holsclaw and charged with disorderly conduct and vandalism under domestic violence.
• Rod Milhomme, 41, 1275 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was issued a criminal summons on Wednesday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer Eric Buck charging him with criminal trespass.
