• Phillip Robert Grant, 40, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Sgt. Nick Andes on a warrant charging him with theft of property over $1,000.
• Ronnie Wayne Orloff, 41, 1693 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Jeff Thurman on warrants charging him with theft of property and theft of property over $1,000.
• Ricky Chad Oliver, 35, 614 Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
