Happy Valley is entering a new football area and they will have a Warrior alum leading the way.
Jason Jarrett, who has been serving on the Happy Valley football staff for seven years as the running backs and defensive backs coach and graduated from the school in 2001, will lead the Warriors into their newest era of football, the school announced on Tuesday.
“First off it is an honor and a privilege to take the helm as the new head coach here,” Jarret said. “This school, this community and Warrior nation has been great to me. I love this place, this place is very, very special. It always has, and it always will hold a special place in my heart. I am just blessed with the opportunity to give back to the school, the community and the program.”
Jarrett has been an assistant for 14 years between Happy Valley middle school and high school and he played at Happy Valley in the late 90s as a wide receiver and defensive back.
