East Tennessee Spay and Neuter will be hosting the annual Howl-o-ween this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Tractor Supply in Elizabethton.
Howl-o-ween will feature pet Halloween photos for $5 each, a pet costume contest, spooky bake sale, vendors, engraved pet items and microchipping for $25.
