• John Bradley Vines, 44, 156 Carriage Lamp Court, Boone, N.C., was arrested Saturday by CCSD Deputy David Caldwell and charged with driving under the influence by consent.
• Jonathan Rabe Murray, 24, 1029 Bluefield Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by CCSD Sgt. Brian Durham on warrants charging him with violation of probation and failure to appear.
