• Andrew Smalls, 37, 815 South Watauga Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Officer Jordan Ensor on warrants charging him with violation of probation and two juvenile attachments.
• Skyler Stevens, 21, 135 River Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Friday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging him with violation of probation. He was also charged with driving on a revoked license first offense, violation of financial responsibility law and violation of seat belt.
• Megan Lynch, 20, 320 Fiddlers Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Matt Croy and charged with driving under the influence and speeding 20 mph or more over the speed limit.
• Nathan Bowers, 55, 305 East Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Patrolman James Deese and charged with public intoxication.
• Lynn Workman, 49, 305 East Cottage Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Saturday by EPD Patrolman James Deese and charged with public intoxication.
• Edward Guinn, 45, 391 Old Watauga Road, Watauga, was arrested Saturday by EPD Officer Matt Croy on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Dana Guess, 29, 2526 Park Ave., Johnson City, was arrested Thursday by Carter County Sheriff’s Department Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Steven Garland, 45, 904 Johnson Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Steven Hill, 42, 686 Simerly Creek Road, Hampton, was arrested Thursday by CCSD Deputy Brian Smithpeters and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
• Mark Young, 41, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Lt. Kenneth Cornett and charged with domestic assault.
• Larry Hyatt, 42, 1157 Stout Branch Road, Mountain City, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown and charged with vandalism.
• Tabitha Edwards, 35, 417 Tollett St., Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Christopher Carver, 34, 107 Taylor Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
• Jason Danner, 35, 629 First Ave., Hampton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Samantha Maney and charged with vandalism under $500.
• Annalee Huskins, 22, 1293 Bluefield Ave. B2, Elizabethton, was arrested Sunday by CCSD Deputy Samantha Maney on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Nanette Elizabeth Newton, 41, 1484 Milligan Highway, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Sarah McWhirter and charged with public intoxication and unlawful use of inhalants.
• Andrew Byrd, 36, 503 Joy Court, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Michael Malone on a warrant out of General Sessions Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Cynthia Lindsey, 31, 166 Browns Branch Road, Hampton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Larry Vaughn on a capias out of Criminal Court charging her with failure to appear.
• Joshua Russell, 31, 608 Locust St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Myles Cook on a warrant out of Criminal Court charging him with violation of probation and an attachment pro corpus out of Juvenile Court.
• James Walton, 44, 838 Highway 91, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Michael Freeman on a capias out of Criminal Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Clarence Story, 43, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Roger Brown and charged with two counts of domestic assault.
• Calvin Braddy, 28, 918 Pine Ridge Circle, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs and charged with driving under the influence and driving on a revoked license second offense.
• James Daniel Ledford, 35, 1368 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on a warrant.
