• Chrystina Marie Osborne, 19, 547 Claude Warren Road, Mountain City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
• Thomas Henry McCauley Jr., 49, 780 Waddell Road, Mountain City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Samuel L. Bowen, 38, 156 Bumpas Cove Road, Erwin, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Myles Cook and charged with being a fugitive from justice.
• Erin Nichole Church, 26, 226 Swimming Pool Road, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Nick Andes on a warrant charging her with domestic assault.
• Robert Paul Shank Jr., 24, 141 Rufus Taylor Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Sal Caccamo on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Randy Keith McIntosh, 47, 207 E. Myrtle Ave., Elizabethton, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Michael Freeman on a contempt attachment.
• Michael Tuttle, 716 W. G St., Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by Elizabethton Police Department Officer James Sexton and charged with resisting stop/arrest and criminal impersonation.
• Carrie Richardson, 31, 142 Creek Bank Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by EPD Cpl. Doug Combs on a warrant charging her with violation of probation. She was also charged with criminal impersonation.
• Wesley Adam Hart, 34, 2022 King Springs Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Joe Holsclaw on warrants charging him with two counts of contempt of court and one attachment pro corpus from juvenile court.
• Christina Michelle Williams, 35, 109 Kathy St., Johnson City, was arrested Monday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with criminal impersonation, driving on a revoked license and violation of the seatbelt law.
• Jennifer Lynn Garland, 41, 1018 Oak Street, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an indictment from Criminal Court charging her with possession of contraband.
• Shawna Nichole Campbell, 24, 138 Highway 91, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little on an indictment from Criminal Court charging her with theft of property over $1,000.
• Scottie Lynn Wright, 44, 617 Ryder Church Road, Bluff City, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Amanda Little and charged with violation of habitual motor offender, filing a false report, financial responsibility and improper registration.
• Kimberly Michelle Woodside, 38, 710 S. Lynn Ave., was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Anna Reece on a capias out General Sessions Court charging her with failure to appear.
• Steve Wayne Garland, 44, 904 Johnson Ave., was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Anna Reece on a warrant out of Criminal Court charging him with violation of probation.
• Dustin Wayne Hill, 21, 405 Austin Springs Road, Apt., 7, Piney Flats, was arrested Tuesday by CCSD Deputy Anna Reece on a capias out of General Sessions Court charging him with failure to appear.
• Christopher Grindstaff, 20, 162 Neth Drive, Milligan College, was arrested Wednesday by EPD Officer Jordan Ensor and charged with possession of stolen property and driving on a suspended license.
• Bradley Luken, 42, 348 Peters Hollow Road, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Dustin Johnson and charged with DUI and failure to maintain control.
• Mark Gruver, 34, 109 Daniel Lane, was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Eric Buck and charged with two counts of domestic assault.
• Raymond Anderson, 35, 910 Cedar Ave., was arrested Tuesday by EPD Officer Trevor Salyer on a warrant charging him with failure to appear.
