• Amanda Kay Allen, 43, 641 S. Elm Ave., Erwin, was arrested Monday by CCSD Lt. Penny Garland on two warrants charging her with violation of probation.
• Michelle Dawn Carver, 25, 1232 Charity Hill Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Capt. Michael Little and charged with driving while impaired and violation of the implied consent law.
• Daniel Lynn Crowe, 20, 2617 Old Lewis Road, Johnson City, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Tylor Johnson on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
• Jonathan Eugene Dial, 34, 109 Rome Hollow Road, Elizabethton, was arrested Monday by CCSD Deputy Anna Reece and charged with assault under domestic violence and vandalism over $500.
• April Dawn Lacey, 46, 162 Townson Road, Roan Mountain, was arrested Monday by CCSD Sgt. Shane Watson on a warrant charging her with violation of probation.
